Hi there to you all.
We had a great run on Saturday 16/08/25 to Mypolonga (not Myponga ) and Mannum . We left the One Tree Hill Carpark at 0930 and travelled through very scenic hills roads to Mount Pleasant where we had a cuppa. After this stop we travelled down to Palmer and along the Murray Bridge road turning off further along and then proceeding along the river to Mypolonga to enter the Revolution Motor Museum where the owner Paul showed us through their two sheds and he was very good at his job with a strong voice and giving us many details of these vehicles. The first shed had a large selection of ancient Veteran vehicles including Motorcycles. The second shed housed a large selection of classics, mainly sports vehicles which had us wishing that we had some of these . After this we moved on to the Aussie Apricot building where most of us had a big buy up of chocolate coated fruits. Very tasty We then enjoyed a very interesting drive along the river in some areas to Mannum where Gerry had booked us into the Mannum Club and we had a good outlook along the river where we sat and some nice food. Thanks again to our Secretary Gerry who has previously organised a top run for us. She does a great job. We are always looking for members to help our club by organising a short run where possible.
Next club General meeting will be held at the Blacksmith Inn Wednesday September 3rd Those wishing to chat and eat please arrive for Dinner at 5.30pm The meeting will commence at 7pm Regards Bruce & Anne
