Thursday May 21 Run Ray Mossop’s Private Collection at 2 Belfree Drive Greenfields For the guys A rare opportunity to visit a private collection of vintage cars, stationary engines, tractors and 100 year old woodworking machinery nearly all in restored and operating condition, plus a large collection of memorabilia.
For the ladies Ray’s wife Jeanette has a large collection of award winning Dolls that are well worth seeing These are available in the building next to Ray’s workshop.
Directions Meet at the one Tree Hill Blacksmiths Inn carpark at 0930 . Leave the Hotel carpark at 10.00am .,and travel to the Main North Road. Turn left and travel South to Elder Smith Road (on the Southern boundary of Parafield Airport) Turn right at the lights into Elder Smith Rd and continue West for approximately 3 kms At the tee junction turn right into Belfree Drive. Travel to the end of Belfree Drive and the workshop is number 2 on your right ( on the corner with Watervale road ) there is ample parking. At around 12.00 noon we will depart to the Brahma Lodge Hotel for lunch (1527 Main North Rd) Return to the Main North Rd via Belfree Drive and Elder Smith Road and turn left onto Main North Rd And travel North. The nearest corner on the Main North Rd to the Lodge Hotel is Frost Rd, We have a booking for 12.30pm
