Hello to you all. Our next Club General Meeting will be held on Wednesday December 3rd. This will be our Xmas get together and will be held at the Blacksmiths Inn as usual. Bring your own sense of frivolity with Bon Bons etc . Anne & Gillian will.decorate the tables . Please arrive for the Dinner at 5.30pm . The main meal will be from the usual hotel menu. Gerry will bake a Large Xmas cake to be shared amongst us. There will be no committee meeting this December and there will be no General Club meeting in January,. However there will be a club run organised for January with details at a later date.
Our December Club run will be a “” Cherry Run “” and will take place on Thursday December 11th Arrive Blacksmiths Inn car park 9am Leave 9.30am Drive to Kersbrook and turn Right then continue along to the main Chain of Ponds Gumeracha Road and turn left at the Stop sign. Continue on to Gumeracha and turn right on to Victoria Street Just past the Hospital and then continue on to the Kenton Valley road . Just past the Golf Course turn right and then a left to enter the Kenton Valley Cherry Farm. We have booked in for morning tea there and cherries will be for sale. After that we will drive back to Gumeracha and turn right, then just past the oval turn left onto Randell Terrace and follow on to the Forreston Road then continue on and turn right to enter Torrens Valley Orchards.who have a large assortment.of goodies.
Lunch has been booked at the Gumeracha Hotel for 12- 1230 pm
