Run to Herbig Family Tree House & Eden Valley lookout on 18th July
Meet at the Gold Dust coffee shop in One Tree Hill at 10.15
At 10.45 we will travel towards One Tree Hill Rd & turn left. At the roundabout turn right to Kersbrook. At the T junction turn left to Williamstown. Veering slightly to the right towards Springton. Turn left at the Williamstown Caravan Park on the Springton Rd. At the T junction in Springton turn left & drive through Eden Valley to the lookout (about 10ks). Turn right on Burkes Hill Rd & right on 3 Cols Rd to arrive at the Eden Valley lookout. (About 1 km of well maintained dirt road) Travel back down to Springton & visit Herbig Family Tree House on the left. After a short stop we travel about 10 Ks to Mt Pleasant. Drive through the town and we will find Mt Pleasant Hotel Motel on the right where we are booked in for lunch Please notify Robin & Barry if you are planning on joining us for the run & lunch.. 0403 027 635
We have our club general meetings on the first Wednesday of the month. On that night other clubs also meet there which causes more noise and slower service. The Blacksmiths Inn have informed us that Monday nights are less congested , so we may bring this up at the next general meeting Wednesday 6th August to ask if members would agree with a change of general meetings at the Blacksmiths Inn from Wednesdays to Monday nights .
